Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your johnnycheap.com purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed, or defective items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that some items may be final sale and are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items:
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face masks
  • Beauty & Fragrance products
  • Earrings & Body Jewelry for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page or on your receipt

Return Options:
You may initiate a return using one of the methods below.

Return by Mail:
Returns by mail are processed through our online returns portal. To get started, please visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number and the email address or phone number associated with the order. Our system will guide you through the steps to generate a prepaid shipping label. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until your return is processed. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number.

In-Store Returns:
You may return your online purchase at any johnnycheap.com retail location. Please bring the items you wish to return, along with the original packing slip or your order confirmation email. The card used for the purchase is not required for in-store returns. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

International Returns:
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Merchandise” and insuring your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. The refund will be issued in US Dollars, which may result in a slight variance from the original amount paid due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.

Return Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges through our website. To exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund following our standard return process.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can make it right. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item and will gladly send you a replacement, subject to availability, or issue a full refund.

Return Policy for Orders Paid with PayPal:
For orders paid with PayPal, your refund will be issued back to your PayPal account. Please note that the refund will be processed in US Dollars. Your bank will determine the final amount based on their exchange rate if your account uses a different currency.

Return Policy for Orders Paid with Apple Pay:
Refunds for orders placed with Apple Pay will be credited back to the original card used in the Apple Pay transaction.

Promotional Items:
If you return an item from an order that qualified for a promotional gift or discount, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from your return refund, or you may be required to return the promotional item to receive a full refund.
